JUNE SOCIAL MEETING
Entertainment was provided by Timothy Wolf, a guitarists from Springfield Ohio. Everyone had the opportunity to vote for three pieces of artwork of his/her own choosing. Ribbons and cash prizes were awarded for the artwork receiving the most votes.
The past year officers and chairpersons were recognized and the upcoming year officers and chairpersons announced. The 2010 Sweet Corn Festival King - Bob Carico & Queen - Linda Riffle were present. The F.A.A. Scholarship winners, Nicole Gangwer from Fairborn High School, Veronica Easley from Stivers School for the Arts, and Oliver Wesley Shawen from Kettering Fairmont High School, each received their $500.00 scholarship awards and plaque.
And, there was be plenty of delicious appetizers, drinks and social time for everyone.
