MAY 2010 NEWSLETTER

Dear Members and Patrons of the Arts:

As I write this note to you in mid-April, the Spring days are getting warmer and more beautiful with every passing day. With the flowers blooming their little heads off, I'm sure that all you artists are out every day sketching and painting away. Don't we wish!! Oh well, working on the lawn and in the garden isn't all that bad, is it? But if you will, try to break away from all those home chores long enough to enjoy an evening at the Fairborn Art Association meeting coming up on Tuesday, May 4. It should be another good meeting, and as an added bonus you will get to vote on a new president and vice president. There are some great candidates ready to serve you, helping to ensure good leadership for the years ahead. So plan to join us, won't you? The meeting will start at 7:00 pm, with a board meeting starting at 6:00 pm. I'll be looking for you there!
